CAREER CENTER: IAS EMPLOYEES: full-time employees at our headquarters offices or control centers
Adjusting and managing insurance claims is a “people” career. Every day, you play an integral role in helping policyholders recover from unexpected circumstances – whether natural disasters or minor mishaps. At IAS, you work with our IAS ClaimCare® team, adjusters from across the country, insurance company representatives, and the people who need your help to begin putting things back together.
If you care about helping people and making a positive impact on their lives, consider IAS Claim Services. That’s the way we see our work. If you do too, call us or post your resume.
• We’re growing: we work with some of the largest insurers in the U.S., as well as the most trusted providers of local and rural insurance coverage. Expect high-energy days, but also to go home at night.
• We’re experts who care: we are one of the first contacts that people make during stressful times in their lives, and we require that employees possess a calm, caring demeanor, as well as knowledge of insurance products. IAS employees and independent adjusters play a critical role in policyholders’ satisfaction with their insurance companies (our clients).
• We are unique: we are changing the way in which insurance companies and self-insured organizations meet their policyholders’ expectations. Because of our innovative business model, we can offer a higher level of expertise, consistency, and responsiveness than clients currently are receiving elsewhere.
• We’re experienced and well managed: we’re led by a veteran executive team and we are fiscally responsible, so that we can attract and retain the best people. We have also built a strong, experienced support team.
• We’re competitive: we pay every two weeks, through direct deposit, and provide competitive benefits.
